Heyy!! I'm Rebecca Cole, the founder of Recruit Digital, and I'm here to shake up the world of recruitment with a touch of charisma and a healthy dose of humour, to keep the corporate week a little brighter!

With years of experience in the digital and commercial sectors, I've become quite the specialist, in supporting businesses in expanding their teams with the best talent the nation has to offer!

But when I'm not knee-deep in CVs and interviews, you'll find me jet-setting around the globe. With Thailand being one of my fave adventures – promise ‘finding myself in Thailand’ isn’t my only personality trait…

And then there are my two sausage dogs, who may not have the best eye for talent, but they certainly keep me entertained and love to jump on client and candidate calls!

When I'm not helping top talent find their next big gig, you'll find me either cheering on Newcastle United (ever the optimist) or pretending to be hench at the gym. Let's just say, the protein shakes don't seem to be working as fast as I'd like!

Now, I might look like I'm all about clean living, but don't be fooled-my infamous sweet drawer is always fully stocked with chocolate, sweets, and snacks. Touch it at your own risk. Seriously, no one's made it past security yet.
